The State Professional Theatre of West Virginia, GVT produces world-class live performances in its state-of-the-art black box Hollowell Theatre. Programming embraces a full season of plays including experimental new works, a very successful after-school drama program, a summer camp for youngsters, classes, literary readings, musical performances, art appreciation activities, lectures, discussions, and workshops. Spaces are available for private rental. Special events include GVT's Annual Art Auction.
