In addition to facilitating an annual summer literary festival, the Lewisburg Literary Group sponsors writing workshops three times a year. These are usually one-to-two hour sessions for aspiring writers. Some focus on particular types of writing – poetry, memoirs, novels or young adult fiction, for example. Others address general concerns, like how to begin or end a book, or the various paths to publishing. All workshops are free.
